My specialty is understanding and translating complex high technology subjects, such as high performance computing (HPC) and cloud computing, into interesting, informative, and even entertaining pieces that will grab and hold your target audiences.

Another recent assignment was a major article written for Oak Ridge National Laboratory for publication in the DOE SciDAC Review. The piece features the lab's Cray XT Jaguar computer, a 1.6 petaflop machine that is the world's fastest supercomputer for science.

I've been a writer and editor in the computer, networking and telecommunications industries for more than 40 years. My background includes creating Computer magazine for the IEEE, and serving as editor of Datamation magazine for over a decade.
